Pay the rest in cash on arrival. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or change the booking. If you need an invoice with a tax number, let us know when you pay the deposit at the latest. Full terms (in Polish): house rules.

A FAMILY STORY FOR 25 YEARS
From a dream to a place you come back to.
Koral began many years ago as Wojtek’s dream, which soon became the shared dream of Wojtek and his wife Marzena. From the first foundations, with their own work and a great deal of heart, they built a place that kept growing for 25 years. Koral was not a ready-made investment, but a dream that became reality step by step.
Over a quarter of a century the first guest rooms became comfortable apartments, the cottages were built and modernised, and today families, couples and seniors stay with us – Koral can welcome more than 140 guests. In 2022 our daughter Zuzanna and her husband Marcin opened Restauracja Rodzinna, and the Koral Marzenie hall is our newest chapter.

How far is it to the beach?
Koral Apartments (ul. Wczasowa 6) are 1 minute from the beach, and Koral Cottages (ul. Ku Słońcu 1) are 4 minutes from the sea. These are two different addresses in Sarbinowo.
Is there air conditioning?
The 36 m² cottages have air conditioning with a heating function. The patio cottages and the apartments are heated but have no air conditioning.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, after prior approval by reception. Pets up to 10 kg cost PLN 20 per night; above 10 kg PLN 50 per night, only with reception’s consent.
Is there an oven?
No. None of the cottages or apartments has an oven. Each kitchen has a two-ring ceramic hob, a fridge, a kettle and tableware.
Are meals included?
Not automatically – every unit has its own kitchen. Meals can be booked at Restauracja Rodzinna (family restaurant) at ul. Wczasowa 6, serving home-style Polish food and fish dishes.
How do I pay?
After booking you pay a 30% deposit within 3 days (Przelewy24 or bank transfer). The rest is paid in cash on arrival – card and BLIK payments are not available on site. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Arrival after 22:00 only by prior arrangement (PLN 100 surcharge).
Are you open in winter?
Yes. We welcome guests all year round, including the winter holidays. We also host groups in both properties, with or without meals – including sports, themed and workshop groups.
