Does the price depend on the number of guests?

No. In the booking system the price is for the whole apartment – it is the same for 2 or 4 guests. The local tourist tax per person are added.

Is there air conditioning?

No. The apartments are heated but have no air conditioning – only the 36 m² cottages do. We welcome guests all year round, including the winter holidays.

No. The kitchen has fridge, two-ring ceramic hob, kettle, tableware, pots and mugs. None of the Koral cottages or apartments has an oven.

Yes, after prior approval by reception. Pets up to 10 kg: PLN 20 per night; above 10 kg: PLN 50 per night, only with reception’s consent. If you would like a fenced garden, have a look at the patio cottage.

Not automatically – the apartment has its own kitchen. Meals can be booked at Restauracja Rodzinna at ul. Wczasowa 6 (home-style Polish cooking and fish dishes); reception will arrange the details.

Does the Komfort apartment have two bedrooms?

Yes. Both bedrooms are on the upper level; downstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed, the kitchen, the dining area and the bathroom.

Who is it for?

The Komfort apartment is the largest apartment type at Koral – in the building at ul. Wczasowa 6, 1 minute from the beach. There are three of them. It sleeps up to 5 guests and has two separate bedrooms, so it suits families with children well.

Restauracja Rodzinna, our family restaurant, is on the same property, and there is a playground next to the building. Apartment guests can also use the playgrounds and games room at the cottages.

Layout

The apartment is on the first floor of the building and has two levels connected by stairs. It has 50 m². It is heated; there is no air conditioning.

Lower level – living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen, dining area and bathroom.
Upper level – two separate bedrooms (TV in one of them).
Terrace – with armchairs and a bench.

You can take the windbreak and beach chairs from the apartment to the beach – the sea is one minute away.

Sleeping arrangements

There is a double bed and two single beds (in the upstairs bedrooms) and a sofa bed in the living room – up to 5 guests in total, including children.

For the youngest we provide a travel cot (without bedding), a high chair and a baby bath free of charge – one of each, please let us know before arrival. A second set costs PLN 100 per stay.

Shorter stays: you can stay from 2 nights – for example 15–17 May 2027 costs PLN 740 for the whole apartment. Stays of 3 to 5 nights and 6 nights have their own prices in the booking system.

Extras: no charge for electricity; local tourist tax – PLN 3.40 per person per night in 2026 (the 2027 rate is set by Mielno municipality); dog or other pet after approval by reception – PLN 20 per night up to 10 kg, PLN 50 per night above 10 kg; towels – PLN 10 each. We do not take a security deposit.

Arrival, payment and house rules

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Check-in takes place 8:00–22:00 (access to the apartment from 15:00); arrival after 22:00 only by prior arrangement, with a PLN 100 surcharge.
Deposit of 30% of the stay, payable within 3 days of booking. Once it is received you get a confirmation e-mail.
The rest is paid in cash on arrival (card and BLIK payments are not available on site).
Cancellation – the deposit is non-refundable; details in the house rules (in Polish).
Quiet hours 22:00–7:00. No smoking and no candles inside; fish may only be fried outdoors.

Building and surroundings

Koral Apartments are in the building at ul. Wczasowa 6, 1 minute from the beach and the promenade. There is a playground next to the building and free parking – one space per apartment. Restauracja Rodzinna, our family restaurant with home-style Polish cooking and fish dishes, is on the same property – meals are not automatically included, but can be booked.

Apartment guests are also welcome to use the playgrounds and recreation areas at Koral Cottages (ul. Ku Słońcu 1), including the large playground and the free 90 m² games room.
