Does the price depend on the number of guests?

No. In the booking system the price is for the whole apartment – it is the same for 2 or 4 guests. The local tourist tax per person are added.

Is there air conditioning?

No. The apartments are heated but have no air conditioning – only the 36 m² cottages do. We welcome guests all year round, including the winter holidays.

No. The kitchen has fridge, two-ring ceramic hob, kettle, tableware, pots and mugs. None of the Koral cottages or apartments has an oven.

Yes, after prior approval by reception. Pets up to 10 kg: PLN 20 per night; above 10 kg: PLN 50 per night, only with reception’s consent. If you would like a fenced garden, have a look at the patio cottage.

Can we come for a short stay, e.g. a weekend?

Yes, stays are possible from 2 nights, with no fixed arrival day. Check the price for your dates in the booking system.

Not automatically – the apartment has its own kitchen. Meals can be booked at Restauracja Rodzinna at ul. Wczasowa 6 (home-style Polish cooking and fish dishes); reception will arrange the details.

What is the difference between apartments no. 10 and 11?

The number of guests. Both have a double bed and a sofa bed; no. 10 sleeps up to 4, and no. 11 also has an extra bed – up to 5 guests. Both are on the ground floor with a terrace.

Who is it for?

Junior no. 10 and no. 11 are two one-room apartments on the ground floor of the building at ul. Wczasowa 6 – 1 minute from the beach. No stairs, with a terrace. Both have a double bed and a sofa bed; no. 11 also has an extra bed.

No. 10 sleeps up to 4 guests, no. 11 up to 5 (with an extra bed). Restauracja Rodzinna is on the same property, and there is a playground next to the building.

Layout

Each apartment is on the ground floor and has one room of 30 m². They are heated; there is no air conditioning.

You can take the windbreak and beach chairs from the apartment to the beach – the sea is one minute away.

Shorter stays: you can stay from 2 nights. Stays of 3 to 5 nights and 6 nights have their own prices in the booking system.

Extras: no charge for electricity; local tourist tax – PLN 3.40 per person per night in 2026 (the 2027 rate is set by Mielno municipality); dog or other pet after approval by reception – PLN 20 per night up to 10 kg, PLN 50 per night above 10 kg; towels – PLN 10 each. We do not take a security deposit.

Arrival, payment and house rules

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Check-in takes place 8:00–22:00 (access to the apartment from 15:00); arrival after 22:00 only by prior arrangement, with a PLN 100 surcharge.
Deposit of 30% of the stay, payable within 3 days of booking. Once it is received you get a confirmation e-mail.
The rest is paid in cash on arrival (card and BLIK payments are not available on site).
Cancellation – the deposit is non-refundable; details in the house rules (in Polish).
Quiet hours 22:00–7:00. No smoking and no candles inside; fish may only be fried outdoors.

Building and surroundings

Koral Apartments are in the building at ul. Wczasowa 6, 1 minute from the beach and the promenade. There is a playground next to the building and free parking – one space per apartment. Restauracja Rodzinna, our family restaurant with home-style Polish cooking and fish dishes, is on the same property – meals are not automatically included, but can be booked.

Apartment guests are also welcome to use the playgrounds and recreation areas at Koral Cottages (ul. Ku Słońcu 1), including the large playground and the free 90 m² games room.
