The price depends on the dates, the length of stay, the number of guests and the stay you choose – that is why the booking system shows it for your dates. Below is everything worth knowing about extra charges.

- The whole modern cottage or apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace or balcony

- 1 parking space per unit

- Windbreak; in the apartments also beach chairs
- Playgrounds on site – among the largest in Sarbinowo
- 90 m² games room and barbecue areas
- The sea right next door: apartments 1 minute from the beach, cottages 4 minutes from the sea
- Large cottage grounds – over 5,000 m²
- 1 set of baby equipment: travel cot (without bedding), high chair, baby bath
Also on site: the Koral Marzenie hall (100 m²) – classes, workshops and celebrations; in summer a playroom for children and a summer cinema.
Mandatory extras
- Local tourist tax: PLN 3.40 per person per night (2026 rate, set by Mielno municipality)
- Electricity: only in the 36 m² cottages – PLN 2 per kWh as used. No electricity charge in the apartments and patio cottages
We do not take a security deposit.
Optional extras
- Dog or other pet up to 10 kg: PLN 20 per night; above 10 kg: PLN 50 per night – always after approval by reception
- Towel: PLN 10 each for the whole stay
- Second set of baby equipment: PLN 100 per stay
- Arrival after 22:00 (by arrangement): PLN 100
- Extra person: agreed individually with reception
- Meals at Restauracja Rodzinna: depending on the offer

How do the deposit and booking confirmation work?
After booking you receive an e-mail with the terms and a request for a deposit of 30% of the stay, payable within 3 days (Przelewy24 or bank transfer). We confirm the booking by e-mail once the payment has been received. If it is not paid on time, the booking is cancelled.
How do I pay the rest of the stay?
You pay the balance in cash on arrival. Card and BLIK payments are not available on site.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Request the invoice and give your company details at the latest when paying the deposit.
What if I cancel or shorten my stay?
Under the house rules, the deposit and amounts paid are non-refundable if you cancel or change the booking, and unused days of a shortened stay are not refunded. Please contact reception about your case.
Are meals included?
Not automatically. Meals at Restauracja Rodzinna at ul. Wczasowa 6 are possible depending on the offer – ask reception.
