Koral Apartments are 1 minute from the beach, and Koral Cottages 4 minutes from the sea. These are two different addresses in Sarbinowo.

The 36 m² cottages have air conditioning with a heating function. The patio cottages are heated but have no air conditioning. The apartments have no air conditioning either.

Yes. Every cottage and apartment has a kitchen or kitchenette with a fridge, a two-ring hob and basic cooking equipment. None of the units has an oven. The details of the equipment differ between categories.

About 30 m², one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a terrace and a private fenced garden of about 25 m². The kitchen also has a dishwasher and a microwave. The patio cottages welcome guests from 26 April 2027, for up to 4 guests; reception confirms availability.

Yes. All the cottages are single-storey. The Junior apartments are on the ground floor and the other apartments on the first floor. Komfort and Studio 2, 3 and 4 have two levels; Studio 5 is on one level on the first floor.

The 36 m² cottages with two bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests, those with one bedroom up to 4. The patio cottages sleep up to 4. Depending on the category, the apartments sleep up to 4 or 5 guests. Children count as guests too.

Yes, guests can use Wi-Fi. There may be limitations or technical interruptions. If you plan to work remotely, ask reception about the conditions in your unit.

Towels cost extra: PLN 10 each for the whole stay. A windbreak is provided, and the apartments also have beach chairs; the exact set depends on the category.

Yes, after prior approval by reception. Pets up to 10 kg: PLN 20 per night; above 10 kg: PLN 50 per night, only with reception’s consent.

The patio cottage has a private fenced garden. It welcomes guests from 26 April 2027; reception confirms availability. Every stay with a pet, in other categories too, needs prior approval by reception.

Sample 2027 prices from the booking system (whole unit, 7 nights, "2027 Early Booking" offer for bookings made by 31 December 2026): from PLN 1,050 for a cottage (September) and from PLN 1,190 in May; in peak season (10 July – 14 August) from PLN 3,300. Yes, bed linen is included. Towels cost extra: PLN 10 each for the whole stay.

Stays from 2 nights – short breaks and long stays, with no fixed arrival day. The booking system shows prices and availability for your dates.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. An earlier arrival or later departure must be arranged with reception in advance and depends on availability.

After booking you receive an e-mail with the terms and a request for a deposit of 30% of the stay, payable within 3 days (Przelewy24 or bank transfer). We confirm the booking by e-mail once the payment has been received. If it is not paid on time, the booking is cancelled.

You pay the balance in cash on arrival. Card and BLIK payments are not available on site.

Yes. Request the invoice and give your company details at the latest when paying the deposit.

Under the house rules, the deposit and amounts paid are non-refundable if you cancel or change the booking. A shortened stay must be reported, and unused days are not refunded. Please contact reception about your case: +48 503 176 299.

Each cottage or apartment comes with one free parking space. Arriving with a second car must be arranged in advance.

Yes. The amount depends on the rate set by Mielno municipality for the year (2026: PLN 3.40 per person per night). Confirm the current amount for your dates before booking.

A late arrival must be arranged with reception in advance; the surcharge is PLN 100.

Yes, from 22:00 to 7:00. Smoking and candles are not allowed in the cottages and apartments. Visits by people not included in the booking need the owner’s consent.

Check the price for your exact dates, number of adults and children’s ages. Make sure you know the terms for the local tourist tax, towels, pets and meals. Electricity (PLN 2 per kWh) is charged only in the 36 m² cottages; there is no electricity charge in the patio cottages or the apartments. The billing depends on the offer you choose; the booking system or reception will confirm the full cost.

A large and a smaller playground – among the largest in Sarbinowo – and a 90 m² games room. In summer also the Koral Marzenie hall (100 m²): a playroom for children, a summer cinema and a place to play and meet. The playgrounds are free; children use them under adult supervision. Your own kitchen makes planning a family day easier.

Yes, if you let us know in advance and they are available. One of each (travel cot, high chair, baby bath) is free of charge. A second set costs PLN 100 for the whole stay. The cot comes without bedding.

Yes – cottage no. 1 (36 m², one bedroom) has a wider entrance door and a bathroom without a shower tray, with a linear drain; it is adapted for wheelchair users. The patio cottages have a bathroom with a step-free shower area and a linear drain, which makes it easier for people with limited mobility. Before booking, please discuss dimensions and your individual needs with reception.

It depends on the offer you choose. Restauracja Rodzinna at ul. Wczasowa 6 serves home-style Polish cooking and fish dishes. Meal options, packages and times are arranged individually.

Yes. We prepare individual offers for groups of seniors, friends, and recreational, sports and team-building groups, with meals if required. Arrange the dates, number of guests, programme and price with reception.

Yes. Koral also prepares offers outside the main season, and we welcome guests all year round. Reception confirms availability, length of stay, any meals and the price for your dates.

Koral Marzenie is a modern multi-purpose hall designed for activity, personal development and time together – a space for sports classes, yoga, dance, personal development workshops, meetings and team events.
