Does the price depend on the number of guests?

No. In the booking system the price is for the whole cottage – it is the same for 2 or 4 guests. The local tourist tax per person and electricity by meter are added.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes. The 36 m² cottages have air conditioning with a heating function. We welcome guests all year round, including the winter holidays.

No. The kitchen has fridge, two-ring ceramic hob, kettle, tableware, pots and mugs. None of the Koral cottages or apartments has an oven.

Yes, after prior approval by reception. Pets up to 10 kg: PLN 20 per night; above 10 kg: PLN 50 per night, only with reception’s consent. If you would like a fenced garden, have a look at the patio cottage.

Can we come for a short stay, e.g. a weekend?

Yes, stays are possible from 2 nights, with no fixed arrival day. Example: 15–17 May 2027 costs PLN 640 for the whole cottage. Check the price for your dates in the booking system.

Not automatically – the cottage has its own kitchen. Meals can be booked at Restauracja Rodzinna at ul. Wczasowa 6 (home-style Polish cooking and fish dishes); reception will arrange the details.

Is cottage no. 1 suitable for wheelchair users?

Yes. It has a wider entrance door and a bathroom without a shower tray with a linear drain. There is no dedicated disabled parking space on the grounds. Reception will discuss your needs before booking.

Who is it for?

Cottage no. 1 is a single-storey cottage with one bedroom at Koral Cottages, ul. Ku Słońcu 1. It sleeps up to 4 guests – ideal for a couple, a family with two children or two people who value comfort.

It is the only 36 m² cottage adapted for wheelchair users: it has a wider entrance door and a bathroom without a shower tray, with a linear drain. Before booking, reception will talk through your needs – just give us a call.

Layout

The cottage is single-storey and has about 36 m². It has air conditioning with a heating function: it cools in summer and heats on chilly days.

In front of the cottage there is a terrace with a table, four chairs and two sun loungers. You can take the windbreak to the beach.

Sleeping arrangements

There are two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room – up to 4 guests in total, including children.

For the youngest we provide a travel cot (without bedding), a high chair and a baby bath free of charge – one of each, please let us know before arrival. A second set costs PLN 100 per stay.

Shorter stays: you can stay from 2 nights – for example 15–17 May 2027 costs PLN 640 for the whole cottage. Stays of 3 to 5 nights and 6 nights have their own prices in the booking system.

Extras: electricity by meter – PLN 2 per kWh (36 m² cottages only); local tourist tax – PLN 3.40 per person per night in 2026 (the 2027 rate is set by Mielno municipality); dog or other pet after approval by reception – PLN 20 per night up to 10 kg, PLN 50 per night above 10 kg; towels – PLN 10 each. We do not take a security deposit.

Arrival, payment and house rules

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Check-in takes place 8:00–22:00 (access to the cottage from 15:00); arrival after 22:00 only by prior arrangement, with a PLN 100 surcharge.
Deposit of 30% of the stay, payable within 3 days of booking. Once it is received you get a confirmation e-mail.
The rest is paid in cash on arrival (card and BLIK payments are not available on site).
Cancellation – the deposit is non-refundable; details in the house rules (in Polish).
Quiet hours 22:00–7:00. No smoking and no candles inside; fish may only be fried outdoors.

Grounds and surroundings

Koral Cottages stand on fenced grounds of more than 5,000 m², with a large and a smaller playground, a 90 m² games room (free for guests) and barbecue and campfire areas. The Koral Marzenie hall is on the same property – in summer also a playroom for children and a summer cinema.

The sea is 4 minutes away on foot. At ul. Wczasowa 6 you will find Restauracja Rodzinna, our family restaurant with home-style Polish cooking and fish dishes – meals are not automatically included, but can be booked.
