The story of Koral in Sarbinowo began many years ago with Wojtek’s dream, which soon became a shared dream of his and his wife Marzena. From the very first foundations they created, with their own work, commitment and a big heart, a place that has kept growing for 25 years. Koral was not a ready-made investment but a dream that became reality step by step.
Over a quarter of a century Koral changed and grew – from the first rooms, which we later turned into comfortable apartments, through building the cottages and further modernisation, to today’s group of Koral properties, where families, couples and seniors come to relax. Today Koral can welcome more than 140 guests.
Five years ago another special chapter of our family story began: Restauracja Rodzinna, run with passion by our daughter Zuzanna and her husband Marcin. It is a place where the taste of traditional home cooking meets a warm atmosphere and hospitality, so that every meal becomes a pleasure and a moment to spend time together. The restaurant lets us not only satisfy our guests’ appetites but also welcome local residents and visitors to Sarbinowo. Thanks to it we now also organise group stays with meals, special occasions, family celebrations and team events, creating more opportunities to spend time together and celebrate special moments.
Today, celebrating Koral’s 25th anniversary, we look back with pride on the road we have travelled – but we have not stopped dreaming. We have opened Koral Marzenie, a modern multi-purpose hall created for activity, personal growth and time together. It is a special, versatile space for sports classes, yoga, dance, personal development workshops, meetings and team events. It is also a place to celebrate important family moments – christenings, First Communions, birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions, of course with the option of staying overnight.
After 25 years Koral remains what it was at the beginning – a family dream that keeps growing. Today this dream already connects two generations of our family, and the third, growing one is adding its own dreams. Because for us Koral is much more than a holiday place. It is the story of our family, our work, our guests and the memories we have been creating together for more than a quarter of a century.
